WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK: Monday: Luzern... we saw the KKL, Bourbaki Panorama, Dying Lion Monument,Chapel Bridge... all of these were amazing!Tuesday: Nyon, Yvoire: we went to the Leman Museum in Nyon, and Old Town in Yvoir: we took a steamship over and it was a beautiful little city in France... we hung out, took pics and ate ice cream!! Yum!
Wednesday: Romont, Moudon: we visited the Museum of Stained Glass in the Romont Castle, and were lucky enough to go to the Eugene Burnand Museum... this has been my favorite yet, you can't believe this guy, I loved his paintings, they were so amazing and huge!
Thurday: Basel: Basel Paper mill + Swiss Museum for paper and Museum of Antiquities (Homer Exhibition)... the paper mill was a little grueling but we got to make our own paper which was fun, Homer Exhibition was really interesting.
Friday: Lausanne: we went to the Lausanne Cathedral, Roman Museum, and the Olympic Museum... all the cathedrals have been really neat, the Roman museum was horrible, and the Olympic Museum was really cool!
Saturday: Valaisan Alps: Cowfights... these were really interesting to watch... all in all it was a good day, we hiked around a little, watched the cows fight and Dominique brought up the grill to barbecue and we had brats and pork chops, it was soooo good!
